Proteus

Java

Proteus is an event-driven HTTP and Web Socket server with plugin support implemented according to RFC 2616, 6455, and 7231.

This began as a passion project (JDCServer) in 2016, but when I realized Java's native HTTP server couldn't support Web Sockets, I decided to make an exercise of it and started working on Proteus in late 2021.

Saon

Java

Saon is a lightweight library for creating event-driven applications.

Saon was originally written as a component for Proteus, but after working on it for some time I realized there was a greater opportunity to learn and reuse code by separating it.

Pythia

Java

Pythia is a console command builder and interpreter.

Pythia uses Java's @annotations to automatically generate commands and their help dialogs, and builds a robust interpreter based on annotated type information.

Horns of Havoc

HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript

Horns of Havoc was my First Robotics Competition team in high school, and this is the website I wrote and hosted for them. Like the website you're on now, HOH was hosted on a Proteus HTTP server.

Horns of Havoc isn't open-source, and the website is no longer active.

I worked as part of the Clinical Informatics Research Group under the School of Biobehavioral Nursing. This includes work with multiple health organizations to create APIs and TTS applications powered by AWS Polly to assist patients participating in studies.

I currently work as a backend developer on a microservice underpinning storage and retrieval of seller's catalogs from items to taxes.
